We rent units on a month to month basis, you have the option to terminate at anytime.
Yes, we collect a refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent. If you provide proper 20-day notice that you are moving out and completely empty and sweep your undamaged unit you will receive your full deposit back.
Your first month’s rent is prorated based on the lease date. This is due in addition to a deposit of one full month’s rent.
We’ve heavily invested in protecting your belongings. We’ve installed ample security lighting and cameras with 24-hour monitoring as well as heavy duty metal fencing surrounding the property.
With your access code, you’ll be able to access your storage unit daily between 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., year-round, even on holidays.
